Ultimate Homes NZ has been working with Insignia design for 6 years. Both companies share similar work ethics and commitment to provide an excellent level of service to clients. Working closely with Mike Fergus from the initial site meeting to concept drawings and onto working drawings allows for the years of experience of both designer and builder to create & collaborate with our clients with inspiring design, careful thought to the site requirements, budget & the family who will live there. Working together this ensures a seamless journey from designing to then building an Ultimate home. We thoroughly enjoy working with Mike & the Insignia team, the communication is excellent, the creative ideas are fresh and exciting and the pleasant working environment evident by the communication from all the team at Insignia reflects the way in which we like to live and work

Mike and his team have custom designed and achieved building consents for all of our 39 homes at our Sophia Rose & Alexandra Estate subdivisions located in Tetley Road, Katikati. Mike is able to offer creative solutions and designs for every occasion and can get this work through the Council Building consent processes ASAP. Under Mike’s architectural expertise, our homes have collectively achieved the highest average sale prices in the Katikati area over the last 3 years; and we have dozens of super happy residents that just love their homes.
