Nicola Lee was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand, before making the move to the Bay of Plenty in 2018. With many years’ experience in the building industry, Nicola first honed her skills as a Customer Liaison for a construction company in Auckland. In this role, she managed every aspect of the building process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from the initial stages to the completion and handover of their build projects.

For the past 7 years, Nicola has been an integral part of Insignia, serving as the Office Manager. Her role involves multitasking, streamlining operations, and enhancing overall efficiency within the team. Nicola is known for her strong organizational skills and her ability to improve workflow, making her a valued member of the Insignia team.

In her spare time, Nicola enjoys spending quality moments with her family and friends. She finds relaxation and joy in horse riding with her daughters, exploring the scenic trails around the Bay of Plenty, and practicing Pilates. These activities offer her a perfect balance to her busy professional life and contribute to her overall well-being.

Nicola is known for being friendly, approachable, and outgoing. She is highly respected by her colleagues, thanks to her positive attitude and strong work ethic. Her ability to connect with others and foster a collaborative work environment makes her a valued and well-regarded member of the team.
